An important aim of the Symposium is the publication of proceedings in the IAU Proceedings Series by the IAU Publisher, Cambridge University Press (CUP) within six months after the Symposium. Instructions for authors and editors for IAU Symposia can be found here.
Material/templates for authors are provided at the following link (iau.cls, symposium_paper.tex and Keywords.tex are the relevant files to be copied from that page).
Invited talks: 10 pages (max.), Contributed talks: 6 pages (max.), Posters: 4 pages (max.)
We will be using an online submission system to collect all submissions to the Proceedings volume. You should register to use this online submission system, found at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iau. All contributions must be submitted via this online site, and authors should take care to submit their contribution to the correct Symposium number – this will have to be selected from a drop-down menu on submission.
Note that authors have to submit their manuscripts through the above-mentioned link as soon as possible after the meeting, and before May, the 24th 2017, in order for the Editors to complete their editing task within the first three months after the Symposium.
